I'm lucky to be on Todd King's team!

One very VERY important part of network marketing is the marketing aspect and upline support. You could have the absolute best company and product in the world, but if you don't have the support you need (and I'm talking if you're the average person, someone who isn't a wiz with network marketing and who needs some help) then you're going to trouble building your business, or at least be at a large disadvantage compared to those that DO have the support they need. Anyone who has been involved with network marketing, who didn't have good upline support knows what I'm talking about.

It just so happened that I lucked out with Eniva. See, I'm the type of person who goes with whoever talks to me first, because I think that's the fair way to do it... BUT, that's not necessarily the SMART way to do it. That is why I say I "lucked out," because the first person I talked to about Eniva had connections to a GREAT upline (I say he had connections because he wasn't in at the time either). I'm talking great all the way up. I've talked to almost everyone in my upline, and they're all so helpful and bring different talents to the table.

That's right... no charge. When you first enter the website, you find a lead capture page with an introduction video. Once you enter your information into the form and click submit, you are taken to more videos that give you a complete presentation on the company, opportunity, product, and the system we use! Todd calls his system - netsmartmarketing. This makes it SO SIMPLE for the reps because we don't have to go around trying to explain everything... Todd does it for us! It also makes it easier on the prospects because they can watch the videos in the comfort of their own homes, on their own time! Most importantly, people realize that they can direct others to a website, so this system is very duplicatable (and as we know, duplication is another VERY important aspect of network marketing).

Another great advantage of being on Todd King's team, is the back office that he's added to the FREE WEBSITE he gives you when you become a member of our team. This back office comes with its own ONLINE TRAINING COURSE! That makes it really simple to train reps from across the country, and it really sets the duplication process in motion. The back office also comes with many hours of training audios, an address book for your leads, and business tools such as advertising images and postcards! Todd is also constantly updating his website and back office, adding new tools for us to use.

It's a great feeling when, not only are you in a wonderful company with an unbelievably superior product, but you also have an upline who works with you, who cares about your success, and most importantly... who responds to your calls/emails! I've found all of this with my upline in Eniva. The support on this team is amazing.

If you asked me for one piece of advice for finding the right network marketing business for you, I'd say that once you find a company and product that fits you, join a team with great upline support.... you won't regret it!
